Many Christians see this move in Iran as a welcome development
A growing Christian movement is reportedly emerging in Iran, with Christian leaders describing it as a significant increase in the number of Iranians turning to Christianity amidst continuing upheaval and conflict in the Middle East region.
Missionary Georges Houssney of Horizons International, recently reported that more than five million Iranians may now have converted to Christianity, while suggesting that many more are turning to Jesus in the midst of the region’s ongoing crisis. Houssney, who has spent more than five decades ministering among Muslims, said many people are encountering Jesus through dreams and visions.
He described the development as part of a growing spiritual movement taking place largely behind closed doors, particularly as new converts and house to church believers, face significant pressure for their faith.
Many Christians see this move in Iran as a welcome development, especially in this digital day and age.
