Former President of Nigeria Urges Nigerians Not to Loose Hope in the Country

The world is watching to see how Nigeria will handle the upcoming general elections says former president Obasanjo

Two-time president of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo has called on Nigerians not to give up hope in the country. Speaking in Abuja during the public presentation of the book "Politics and its dashed hopes in Nigeria" written by former Solicitor General of the nation and Obasanjo's former assistant on federal capital territory administration, Dr. Auwalu Anwar the former president called on the elite class in Nigeria to get all hands on deck to savage the current situation in the country. As Nigerians, we must have some commonalities that we hold dear; one of such commonalities is our nationality-Nigeria and also the time is right for us to have the Nigerian dream asserted Chief Obasanjo. He emphasized that the world is watching to see how Nigeria will handle the forth-coming general elections in the country.
