Mdecins Sans Frontires (Doctors without Borders) called on the European Union to "finally become aware of its responsibility" and to "act accordingly" in taking in migrants on board rescue ships
Migrants recently saved in the Mediterranean Sea by the rescue ship Aquarius told stories of slave trade in Libya, torture, forced labour and sexual violence, the German section of Doctors without Borders (MSF) said earlier.
MSF Germany manager told reporters that the 141 migrants rescued in the last 12 hours include more than one hundred Eritreans and Somalis.
