Service Chiefs Demand for More EquipmentRussia and the Central African Republic has agreed to sign an accord on Tuesday to pave the way for Moscow to step up training of CARs armed forces, Russian news agencies reported. The agreement would be signed at a state arms exhibition near Moscow which would be attended by the two countries defense ministers.
