U.S President Signs Executive Order to Boost 'Opportunity zones'

Better days ahead for American communities as President Trump signs Executive order to foster development through the 'opportunity zones' program

The United States President, Donald Trump on Wednesday, at the White house, signed an executive order aimed at coordinating the efforts of thirteen federal agencies for the purpose of fostering development in distressed and neglected American communities through the 'Opportunity Zones' program. This order establishes the White House Opportunity and Revitalisation Council and is to be headed by Housing and Urban Development Secretary, Ben Carson. According to the president, this order will pave the way for all American citizens to have a fair share of the American dream regardless of zip code.
