President Trump has stated that he is looking onto declaring a national emergency despite the fact that he has the constitutional right to declare it to build his long-promised wall against the US-Mexico border. The President in an address mentioned that the government has its priority which is the safety of the Nation. Meanwhile the Republican Senator from South Carolina Lindsey Graham over the weekend had encouraged President Trump to reopen government for several weeks to continue negotiating with Democrats over the border wall, but the President out rightly said he rejected the suggestion.
