Kenya Caught up in Series of Attacks

Tragedy in Kenya as Islamic terrorists gun down people in recent attacks

The East African country of Kenya, recently witnessed terrorist attacks, as people were gun down in a hotel in Nairobi, the capital city of Kenya. Report says the Egyptian Islamic group, Al-shabaab, has claimed responsibility for the attack. Violence and war has characterized the nation of Kenya in history. The 1998 United States Embassy bombing which claimed more than 200 lives also linked to the Egyptian Islamic group jihad, the 2013 West Gate shopping mall attack in Nairobi in which a total of 75 deaths were recorded, and this most recent attack in a luxury hotel in Nairobi carried out by same Al-shabaab Islamic terrorist group, are all examples of the unrest and violence that has plagued Kenya over the years. Meanwhile Kenya's Interior Ministry has said the situation is under control and the country is safe but one can only wonder the degree of safety.
