State Capture Commission expects evidence from parliament ExComm inquiry reports at resumption of sitting
The State Capture Inquiry headed by deputy Justice Raymond Zondo, saddled with the responsibility of unraveling the network of grand corruption in South Africa during the past administration of former president Jacob Zuma reconvenes. Much of the corrupt allegations are linked to the dealings of government as well as some state owned companies with the Guptas family. Justice Zondo as the commission reconvenes, has outlined activities for the week. These include; dealing with application of procedural nature relating to some evidence that would be heard in the next few days, then the rest of the week will be spent hearing oral evidences but the witnesses are currently not disclosed. He further said that the commission would now also have evidence from parliament excomm inquiry reports to investigate further.
