Suspension is coming weeks before Brexit deadline.
Queen Elizabeth of England has approved the request from Prime Minister Boris Johnson to formally suspend parliament from the middle of next month. The suspension is coming just when the MPs are returning from their summer recess and are getting ready for the Queen’s speech. Meanwhile Prime Minister Boris Johnson has said; the Queen’s speech has been scheduled for October 14th in order to launch new legislation. The Prime Minister denied plans of sticking into parliament from obstructing his Brexit plans, and also denied allegations from legislators of not giving them time to debate and vote on Brexit as he stated that what they are doing is to bring in a new legislation entirely.
