Court finds both companies guilty of fabricating emission test
The Seoul District court in South Korea has fined car companies, BMW and Mercedes Benz 12.5 million dollars and USD 85,000. Both companies were fined for fabricating emission test, and the court said that the alleged emissions were faked on purpose and has appalled a prison sentence of ten months, hunted down to six different employees.
