Pastor asserts that the great cost was worth his decision.
A Texas Pastor who was born into an Islamic family narrated the story of his experience of being expelled from the family by his Iranian father. Pastor Afshin Ziafat of Providence Church in Frisco, Texas explained to the public, that his father disowned him for taking a decision to leave Islam for Christianity.
According to Pastor Ziafat, his journey of faith began while he was still in the second grade. A Christian English teacher handed him a copy of the New Testament Bible and shared the Gospel of Jesus with him, which eventually led to him to making the decision of accepting Jesus as his Lord.
Though not a good experience at the early stage where he had to lose the relationship with his dad, which he tried to keep, but Pastor Afshin explained that his decision to follow Jesus and all the prices he had to pay was worth it and urged all believers to stand their ground firmly professing their faith in Jesus Christ.
