Receipt of payment for Onnoghen's 2010 asset declaration form tendered as evidence
Nigeria's suspended Chief Justice, Walter Onnoghen has opened his defense at the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT). Lawal Olarenwaju who claims to have been Onnoghen's driver since 1999 was his first witness. A receipt of payment from the Code of Conduct Bureau, Asokoro office in Abuja for Onnoghen's 2010 asset declaration form, reportedly purchased on the 3rd of November 2010 was tendered as evidence.
