China which has been actively involved in Angolas post war reconstruction process embarked on building a Kilamba new city in Luanda, Angolas capital. This effort has made parts of Angola a modern satellite town with constructed housing aimed at making life easier for people in Angola. The new 3.5-billion-dollar city project will have 710 buildings with over 20,000 apartments, 246 shops, 24 kindergartens, 17 primary and secondary schools as well as core processing power, water supply stations, sewage treatment plant and other infrastructure structures.
