Retired Associate Justice; Anthony Kennedy, admistered the Ceremonial oath to newly confirmed Supreme Court Justice; Justice Brett Kavanaugh on Monday 8th, October, 2018 at the White House.

During the ceremony, the American President, Donald Trump remarked that Kavanaugh was found innocent in the process. He emphasized that in America, a man or woman must always be presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. He further stated that Brett Kavanaugh under historic scrutiny was proven innocent.

Brett Kavanaugh in his speech, affirmed that he was not appointed to serve one party or one interest but to serve the entire nation of America. He said; Every American can be assured that he will be an independent and impartial Justice, devoted to equal justice and the law. Brett Kavanaugh's first judgement as the Supreme Court Justice began same day.
