Christian Leaders Urge New Prime Minister to Reconsider Approach to Brexit Talks

Church Leaders ask Government to publish evidence of the impact of a No-Deal Brexit

In an open letter, Church leaders from seven different denominations urged the new British Prime Minister, Mr. Boris Johnson, to reconsider his approach towards A Deal or No Deal Brexit.

The church leaders in the open letter said they felt compelled to write on the possibility of Britain crashing out of the European Union without a deal. The leaders warned that failure to reach a deal with the EU will hit those held back by poverty.

Meanwhile the church leaders are asking the government to publish an evidence of the impact, that a No Deal Brexit is likely to have a disadvantage to the communities.
