Walls found to be one of the most fortified during the reign of King Rehoboam
Archaeologists in Israel have discovered a new wall located in Lachish, Southern Israel. The city of Lachish could be traced back to time in memorial. A question arising in the minds of the archaeologists is whether the ancient city excavated in the last eighty years. According to the archaeologists, the city of Lachish was one of the most fortified in the times of King Rehoboam, and the story may have its support in the biblical narrative.
