"Global LoveWorld Reading Challenge" event stirs the teenagers to garner momentum for strategic soul winning.
Christ Embassy Calabar Ministry Center, hosted ambassadors from the LoveWorld Publishing Ministry, and Teens' Ministry for the "Global LoveWorld Reading Challenge", organized by the Teens' Ministry of CE Calabar Ministry Center on Tuesday 23rd July, 2019. Several teenagers from churches under the Ministry Center gathered at the Conference Center in Calabar, South-south Nigeria, for an interactive session, that unveiled avenues for strategic soul winning among their contemporaries, and in the world at large.
In a riveting speech, the ambassadors of the LoveWorld Reading Challenge, stated that the agenda of the challenge is to influence the lives of teenagers around the world; initiating a sound reading culture of books written by our dear man of God; Reverend (Dr.) Chris Oyakhilome, to foster word-base decision making.
They further emphasized that every teenager is qualified for the reading challenge competition with attached prizes for teenagers who attain the winning mark. Also, as a prerequisite for winning this Challenge, the teenagers are required to take along classic books by Pastor Chris for distribution during their outreaches including; The Power of your Mind, Recreating your World, and Praying the Right Way, engaging the recipients to read these books.
The excited teenagers, accepted the challenge with great gusto, ready to reach out to their peers, and deliver to God's kingdom, refined youths possessing the winning life.
The program came to a conclusion as the esteemed Coordinator of CE Calabar Ministry Center, Teens' Ministry; Pastor Ola Aduke, encouraged the teenagers to grab the opportunity and participate keenly in the challenge as it will promote a healthy reading culture culminating in academic success and steady spiritual growth among the young people.
