Passengers Express Displeasure Over British Airways Flight Cancellations

Passengers continue to vent their anger on British Airways.

Passengers of the British Airways have expressed their anger and displeasure over the cancellations of flights by the company. The flights which were supposedly wrongly cancelled by the organization have caused a bit of confusion among the passengers, as some are still struggling to get through to the airline after the cancellation.

Though the company admitted their error and had promised to refund the passengers who booked alternatives, but sources said it had found it difficult to get through to the customer service of the company, although the British Airways said they are dealing with a backlog of 40,000 customer calls.
