Products include navigation instruction in Nigerian voice
Technology giants, Google has launched its new products for users in Nigeria and Africa.
The newly introduced features include navigation instruction in a Nigerian voice for both motorcycles and cars driving in Nigeria, as well as imagery for street view, Gallery Go, Google God updates and a Nigerian culinary experience from Google Arts and Culture.
The company has also partnered with the Nigerian Government to provide an online safety curriculum for all primary and secondary school pupils in the country. This move is set to reach over 56 million individual students every year. The company stated that these will also be made available in other African countries such as Benin Republic, Ghana, Rwanda, Togo and Uganda beginning from now.
