Nigeria made proud by its Table Tennis duo winning the Portuguese Cup for fifth consecutive time

Nigeria's table tennis duo, Aruna Quadri and Bode Abiodun have once again flown the Nigerian flag high by winning the Portuguese Cup for fifth consecutive time on Sunday with their team Sporting beating GDCS Juncal 3-0 to retain the Portuguese Cup. Playing the first game against Russian Andrei Bukin, Aruna Quadri in no time dismissed the Russian with a 3-0 (11-5, 11-2, 11-6) bashing. The partnership of Bode Abiodun and Diogo Carvalho completed the rout for Sporting when they overcame the duo of David Bessa and Andrei Bukin 3-0 (11-2, 11-4, 11-9) to lift the trophy for the fifth time in a row.
