Liverpool draws 2-2 against Sporting Lisbon in a club friendly match
The manager of the European champions in football, Liverpool FC, Jurgen Klopp, has expressed readiness to maintain the club's victory status as the champions of Europe.
Klopp said he is ready to write a new chapter and move on from their Champions League victory after a successful conclusion of the club’s pre-season US tour a 2-2 draw against Sporting Lisbon.
In his statement, the manager asked that no one speaks to him about the champions league trophy for now as that is an old chapter and the team is determined to write a new chapter.
