New project expected to power more than seven million homes
The government of the United Kingdom has said that wind farms in the country represent a breakthrough, typically generating electricity without subsidy. However, as delighted as environmentalists are, they have warned ministers not to fail to tackle more difficult challenges such as driving and home heating.
