NSCDC Vows to Protect Cattle Ranches Established by Federal Government

The corp, lauded for its professionalism and dedication to protecting lives and properties in Nigeria

Nigeria's Security and Civil Defense Corp (NSCDC), has vowed to protect all 250 cattle ranches, to be established by the federal government of Nigeria. Commandant General of the corp, Abdulahi Gana, stated this at a ceremony to promote officers of the NSCDC. He added, that the corp is saddled with the responsibility of protecting lives, and properties and therefore, promised to augment the efforts of the Nigerian Armed Forces, by tackling the frequent farmers, and herder’s clashes. Presidential spokesperson, Femi Adesina who attended the event, praised the corp for its professionalism, and dedication to securing Nigerians, and their properties.
