POLICE IN UGANDA FIRE TEAR GAS AT PROTESTERS IN CAPITAL

According to sources the protest was carried out against the beating of detained Lawmakers in the country. Police spokesman Emilian Kayima said the Police deployed to stop a riot in a downtown Kampala market, he added that violence erupted in at least three separate parts of the city. The Police came to intervene quickly together with the military to return calm and stabilize the situation.
